Active Data Services, Inc. EVP elected to AIIM Professional Advisory Council (PAC)
DURHAM, NC – August 1, 2004 --
Peter Ransome, EVP and CMO for Active Data Services is currently serving a second term as President elect for
AIIM’s First In Flight chapter covering the state of North Carolina. Mr. Ransome was elected to the Professional
Advisory Council in June to serve a two year term. The PAC's mission is to provide a communication link between
the chapter network, the Professional membership and the AIIM International Board. Peter has been an AIIM member
since 1986 and has participated on Chapter Boards in NYC and North Carolina and has been active in the Michigan
chapter and the Bay Area.
Mr. Ransome has been awarded certification in both a Laureate of Information Technology and a Masters of
Information Technology from the AIIM association and is a Certified Document Imaging Architect and holds a BA
in Business Administration and an AS in Computer Science from Keene State College and the University of New
Hampshire. He is a sought after speaker for national industry shows such as On-Demand, Explore, Internet World,
and AIIM.
