 Active Data Services, Inc. promotes Louise Collis to Vice President of Privacy, Compliance and Quality Assurance
Morrisville, NC – November 19, 2007 -- Kenneth Eller, president and CEO for Active Data Services, Inc., a business process outsourcing firm that captures, manages and distributes information for healthcare organizations, has announced that Louise Collis has been promoted to vice president of privacy, compliance and quality assurance. In her expanded position, Collis is responsible for the development, direction, control and organization of business processes and certifications in the areas of privacy, compliance and quality assurance, as well as producing detailed written plans that facilitate their own accurate execution. In addition, she will ensure the coordination of business plans among her counterparts and work in concert with all departments to meet company objectives.
Collis, who joined Active Data Services, Inc. in July 2005, was previously director of business process for privacy, compliance and quality assurance. In her past position, she was responsible for the creation of documentation of business processes for the privacy, compliance and quality assurance areas.

Collis joined Active Data Services in July 2005 as director of business process for privacy, compliance and quality assurance. She is an active member of the community, serving in such civic and charitable organizations as program chair for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and chair of the Fred Fletcher Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit the American Cancer Society. She is past chair of the Small Business Board for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors for Raleigh Little Theatre.
