the Future of North Carolina : The Implication Wheel Results
DURHAM, NC – July 1, 2004 -- Once again,
NCEITA is on the forefront of cutting edge innovation and helping shape
North Carolina
into a knowledge-based economic engine. As part of our mission, NCEITA
delivers innovators and thought-leaders to you. This offers our
members an opportunity to have an active and engaged discussion with top
leaders in their fields presenting concepts on innovation and new business
paradigms that can help your business prosper and grow.
Our ongoing effort to help connect people, ideas and
concepts to facilitate new relationships, new opportunities and new thinking
has resulted in great value for our members. Recent speaking
engagements featuring renowned visionary and futurist Joel Barker are
another great example of the value and access NCEITA provides to its
members.
In May, NCEITA collaborated with Joel for an exciting
project to help shape the future of North Carolina. As we all have
evolved through a very tough economy it is now appropriate for us to look
ahead to help transform North Carolina into a knowledge-based economic
engine. NCEITA believes that real economic development comes from our
existing companies and the ideas and brain-share from our diverse businesses
and industry from all across the state.
