 Active Data Services, Inc. Forms Strategic Alliance With Jacob & Sundstrom, Inc.
Morrisville, NC – June 22, 2005 -- Peter Ransome, Executive Vice President and CMO of Active Data Services, Inc., has announced that the firm has formed a strategic alliance with Jacob & Sundstrom, Inc. to develop DocASSURE(tm), a new health information security program. The partnership will enable healthcare providers and payers to convert paper records and documents to an electronic format, while achieving HIPAA compliance.
