 Active Data Services Promotes Susan Cotter to Vice President
Morrisville, NC – April 11, 2005 -- Kenneth A. Eller, President and CEO of Active Data Services, a business process outsourcing firm, has announced that the firm has promoted Susan Cotter to the position of Vice President Healthcare Services for Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Cotter will oversee all relations with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) and supervise Active Data Services account managers. In her new position, Cotter will report directly to Arun Singh, EVP and Chief Operations Officer. Cotter has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, 11 of which is in information management. Her management experience includes manager of the Customer Support Group at Lason Inc., where she supervised the company’s healthcare sales group and manager of Atlantic Documentation’s Customer Service Division. Cotter began her career in the healthcare division of Dataflow Inc.

Cotter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is an active member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, and volunteers with the churches youth group. She also volunteers with Be Active North Carolina and Enloe High School. |
