 Active Data Services Signs Lease For New Corporate Headquarters
Morrisville, NC – March 31, 2005 -- Kenneth A. Eller, President and CEO of Active Data Services, has announced that the firm has signed a lease for 57,000 square feet, with an option for an additional 25,000 square feet, for new corporate headquarters, located at 400 Perimeter Park in Morrisville, NC. The new corporate headquarters will allow the firm to consolidate all operations into one location, as well as expand as a result of recent new business. The firm currently has 120 employees, and plans to add another 30 by early summer. Andrew Kelton, Senior Vice President and Partner at Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation, represented the leasing company and Howard Sadkin, President of Corporate Reality Advisors, brokered the lease.
