 Active Data Services, Inc. hires Lee Osborne as new Controller
Morrisville, NC – May 29, 2007 -- Peter S. Harvey, executive vice president and CFO for Active Data Services, Inc., a business process outsourcing firm, has announced that Lee Osborne has joined the firm as controller. In this position, Osborne is responsible for managing the firm’s accounting staff, preparing the firm’s financial statements and improving internal processes and procedures. Previously, Osborne was controller for Performance Fibers, Inc. and Inserv Corporation where she handled all aspects of accounting and finance including annual audits, financial forecasting, risk management and cost benefit analysis. Osborne earned her Masters of Business Administration from Campbell University and has more than 17 years of industry experience.
