Peter Ransome to speak at NCHIMA Annual Meeting
Morrisville, NC May 4, 2005 --
Peter Ransome, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Active Data Services, will be a featured speaker at the North Carolina Health Information Management Association (NCHIMA) Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina from 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 3rd to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, May 6th. Ransome will present an overview of enhanced Electronic Health Information Management (e-HIM), utilizing web based data hosting as a bridge to a complete Electronic Medical Record solution, as well as offering innovative solutions for managing voluminous amounts of data. Ransome will also discuss Cancer and Trauma Registry, utilizing Data Abstracting as a cost-efficient and effective method of reporting.

Peter F. Ransome is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Active Data Services, Inc. He is a Certified Document Imaging Architect, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Keene State College and University of New Hampshire respectfully. Ransome has been named to the International Board of Directors for the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) and serves as President of the North Carolina First In Flight Chapter of AIIM.
