Vice President of IT
 Raju Gadiraju is Vice President of Information Technology at Active Data Services, Inc. Mr. Gadiraju has been a member of the Active Data Services team since 2003 and has 14 years of IT industry experience. As the leader of the firm’s overall IT operations, he is responsible for standardizing development tools and technologies, planning for strategic growth, and facilitating relationships with customers.
Mr. Gadiraju grew up in India. It was there that he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1991. At age 21, he left India for the United States to pursue a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University and graduated in 1994 with a 4.0 point average.
Following his education, he joined MSX International where he developed his leadership skills in the field of IT and formulated the technology platform for its new Supply Chain Management services. During his tenure at MSXI, he was a key member of various enterprise application development initiatives and led large technical teams successfully. Mr. Gadiraju was an integral part of the core team that developed B2B Marketplace, bringing buyers and suppliers to a common web platform to procure human resources. He successfully initiated both Ford and Delphi Automotive through this web platform, contributing to significant revenues. In 2002, he worked on creating a conceptual architecture for producing legal contracts using electronic forms with digital signatures.
Upon his arrival at Active Data Services, Mr. Gadiraju launched key strategic technology solutions and brought in new team members with complimentary skill sets to strengthen the company’s position in offering cutting-edge technology solutions. He enjoys working with a group that boasts diverse talents and backgrounds and over the past two years he has generated higher levels of efficiency, quicker response times, and stronger growth and profits by encouraging continuous learning, accountability, and team building within the company. Inspired by the important role that IT plays in business services, he strives to develop new IT partnerships and ensure a reliable, robust, and secure network infrastructure for information exchange.
Mr. Gadiraju resides in Morrisville, NC with his wife, Mahi and two sons, Nikhil and Ashwin.
