Services are sold on Partner contract. Active Data can perform services &
Partner receives a commission on the services sale. If Partner performs
services, Active Data receives a percentage of services billings in exchange
for consulting support.
First line support is optional - Partner earns a percentage of maintenance
if Partner takes on first line support.
Commit to forecast.
