REFERRAL
Commit resources for sales—receive sales training. Ability to identify an opportunity, influence, register & hand-over a lead. Product & Services sales go on Active Data Contract . Partner earns referral fee on solution suite and services sale. Basic PLUS:
Commit resources to take on the services after the solution suite and services sale. Partner commits sales & marketing resources. Ability to forecast opportunities. Solution Suite and services sales on Active Data Contract.  First line support handled by Active Data.
 
DISTRIBUTOR
  Basic PLUS:
Commit some level of technical resources - technical support &/or consulting services.
Drive business through the sale of Active Data solution suite and services. Commit sales & marketing resources (receive training & engage with Active Data Sales). Have the ability to identify, influence, register & sell an opportunity. Services are sold on Partner contract. Active Data can perform services & Partner receives a commission on the services sale. If Partner performs services, Active Data receives a percentage of services billings in exchange for consulting support. First line support is optional - Partner earns a percentage of maintenance if Partner takes on first line support. Commit to forecast. Self service web access to materials.
OEM
None Pure OEM - Private Label - Embedded Sells on Partner paper to compliment business. Commits technical, sales, support, marketing, &/or consulting resources. Doesn’t take on inventory. Partner performs first line technical support & earns sales margin plus all fees from services & support. Active Data in turn receives fees from Partner for maintenance & services support. Pure OEM - Private Label - Embedded Sells on Partner paper to compliment business. Commits technical, sales, support, marketing, &/or consulting resources. Take on inventory through pre-buys to sell at a later date. Partner performs first line technical support & earns sales margin plus all fees from services & support. Active Data in turn receives fees from Partner for maintenance & services support.
